Shield of Mask
This shield depicts the symbol of Mask, and has magical properties fitting of the god. Mask is the god of rogues, thieves, and is the lord of shadows. He appears as a lithe man garbed in dark clothing and a cloak of shadows. He always wears a black velvet mask, tinged with red; this has also become his symbol. All that occurs within shadow is in the purview of Mask. Stealth and wariness, it is believed, are virtues, and the writings of a true follower of Mask can be read in many ways. In addition to thieves and more shadowy individuals, courtiers and diplomats have been known to evoke the god's name in hopes of guaranteeing a smooth negotiation.
