A neat brown-paper parcel done up with string and a blob of green sealing-wax, stamped with the Hobbiton post-mark. The address is written in Posco Whitfoot's careful round hand -- though the post-master's labels have been known, once in a while, to wander onto the wrong parcel. The Shire judges its post by the freshness of the seal: deliver it quick and there's bonus pay in it.
