Its note carries no sound a living throat could make -- yet blow it and the beast will answer, bound to your side for a while. The crypt-forge of Kalrun will only wake for one who bears this horn. Activate to summon the Fell Beast (once per hour). Keep it in your pack to use the Kallrist Crypt forge.
