DMFI Admin Server Wand

Uses the original DM Wand player listing feature, mainly for PW or modules with a bunch of players. Now just holds basic function. No object or npc functions now. Target a PC or target the ground to bring up a "list players" option. Options are the classic penguin / unpenquin / boot / jump to and jump to me plus the listing function.
