Cardinal of the Haradrim Chosen
Akin to the Warrior's Drape, the Chosen also have their cloaks wrought from the hide of a Rock Troll, but a far darker ritual is performed upon this item of power. A raid is made into elven territory with a single purpose in mind... the abduction of a newborn elf babe. This babe is returned to the dark clerics of Sauron and bled dry upon the materials as Sauron watches from his tower, and imprints a bit of his evil upon the cloak as it is assembled.
