Recruit henchmen scattered across the module. Each grows stronger as you unlock more - find all 7 for a permanent +1 to every ability score. The Wiki maps them all.

Press J and open the Completed tab - the Server Info journals are your in-game manual, refreshed every login. You'll find: Server Rules, Website, Spells & Magic, Character Progression, Death & Respawn, Appearance & Crafting, Custom Systems, Good/Evil Factions, and Combat & Bosses - soul-fatigue on Heal and boss enrage-on-retreat.
