entry #13 (if q_sow_c_rdy)
Heh heh heh. I heard it from here -- half the Pony cryin' 'informer!' and the other half cryin' it back, and the Sheriff himself stormin' about like his boots was afire. That your doing, was it?
Done. Three letters, three tables -- and the Watch came running right on cue.
entry #14 q_sow_pay
That's my kind of evenin'. Here -- morgul-silver, good weight, and don't you go askin' whose face is stamped on it. Spend it somewhere far from the Pony for a day or two. And if anybody asks, you never talked to O'l Ferny.
Pleasure doing business, Ferny. [Leave]
entry #12 (if q_sow_c_prog)
You still carryin' my paper? Letters don't read themselves from inside your coat pocket. Under the tables at the Pony -- different tables, mind -- movin' in shadow, no eye on your hand. Then come back for your silver.
They'll be placed. Don't fret.
So about that other business of yours...
entry #0
You look like the adventuresome type, aint ya. I got a little job for ya. Not the most pleasant work. But hey it pays. Ya interested?
Lets hear it.

One of the blokes who works for me decided he don't wanna play by my rules no more. He swiped a ring of mine and took off. My um 'friends' tracked him down and scarred him off into the hill here behind me house.
Thats not very nice. You should have really let him go if he wanted to.
entry #3
Well aint very nice o him to swipe my ring wasit! You best leave the thinking to me and just listen to what old Ferny tells ya.
I think I had better find work else where. Good Day.
Alright, what happened then.
entry #2
My 'friends' went off after him and none of em have come back. I need that ring back bad before er um... I just need the ring back. Theres a cave in da hills behind me. Thats were they all disapeared to. Go fetch my ring and then we'll talk.

No I don't think that type of work would interest me.
entry #7 (if sc_044)
Hey you get my ring back yet?

Hey what gives, ya didnt get your reward?
Ya I got my reward... your 'friends' where there to greet me! And I got this note here, I'm sure the proper authorities might be interested in this!
entry #6
No need to be to hasty there <Master/Mistress>. I'm sure O'l Ferny can compensate you for your additional troubles. And for handing over that note.
I like your change of tune. I'll give you the note for a proper reward.
Nah, I'll get your 'reward' later.
entry #4 (if sc_009)
I'll be no more trouble to ya. Sorry for the misunderstanding, could happen to anyone.
entry #9 (if q_fret_discc)
Well, well -- if it aint the one what turfed that Sharkey rat out o' my house. Ferny don't forget a favor, whatever folk say o' me. Now it happens I got a job needs doing -- my ring's been swiped -- and for you I'll pay half again what I'd pay a stranger. Care to hear it?

Psst. Keep your voice down and look like we're talkin' about the weather. I got paper needs deliverin' -- three letters, fine respectable hands, none of 'em mine. They go UNDER three different tables at the Prancing Pony, quiet-like, in shadow, no eye markin' your hand while you do it. Folk find 'em, folk read 'em, folk stop trustin' their neighbors. There's morgul-silver in it for ya once the squealin' starts.
Give me the letters, Ferny. Three tables, three letters -- and no eye on my hand.
entry #11 q_sow_start
Heh. Knew you had the stomach for it. Remember: move in shadow when you tuck each one under, and a DIFFERENT table every time -- one nest o' letters helps nobody. When the Watch comes stompin' into the Pony and the shoutin' starts, you slip out quiet and come see O'l Ferny about your pay.
The letters will find their tables. [Leave]
Plant your own poison. I'm not interested.
entry #15 (if q_sow_c_cd)
Not now, not now. The Pony's still crawlin' with the Watch after the last batch o' letters. Let the pot simmer down -- come back in <CUSTOM6390> and Ferny might have more paper needin' plantin'.
I'll come back when it's quieter. [Leave]
